Ventiv Technology, the former technology arm of Aon, needed help managing employee communications and building confidence during its separation from Aon, the Fortune 500 risk management firm. As it transitioned away from a large international company into a small innovative technology business, the company needed a robust internal engagement program that would keep employees engaged, energized and instill a sense of security in the future.
Soloflight designed a collection of newly branded items to create a day-one kit. The kit was delivered to all employees on the first day of the new company — to mark signify the official start of the new company’s journey. This on-boarding package included branded pens, USB hubs, spiral notebooks, an iPad case and the new brand style and element guide with poster.
Soloflight used the new brand style guidebook to create a series of collateral that would be distributed among employees and displayed across offices. These materials were designed to promote the new brand as innovative but built on experience, inspiring a sense of start-up culture while paying tribute to the company’s established history.
Soloflight conceptualized a launch party for employees to further get to know – and celebrate – the new brand. In just three weeks, they planned and executed launch events in three cities simultaneously. The highly branded event was designed to inspire camaraderie among employees while building excitement, and it featured fun activities like ping-pong, air hockey and a photo booth with custom branded backgrounds and coordinated props for group photos.”
